These LED TV brackets feature the ability to tilt upwards or downwards by 12 Degrees for installation flexibility. The unique design also gives you room to connect or disconnect your AV cables after you have mounted the screen - this is far easier than trying to mount a screen with the cables already attached! Built to last from 2mm Steel with a solid construction, this TV Wall Bracket is rated to 80kg although most LED screens available on the market today only weigh around 19kg, this gives you a huge margin for safety.
Although these brackets are designed for LED screens you can also use them for LCD and Plasma TV's. You will need to consult your screens manual to ensure that there is enough room behind the screen for ventilation as most LCD and Plasma's generate a lot of heat.
The MegaMounts™ easy 4 Step Guide to finding the right mount for your screen:
- First just measure your screen, the bracket is 800mm wide and the arm height is 480mm so as long as the outside of the screen is wider and taller than that, the bracket will not poke out the sides.
- Check the mounting holes on the back of the screen and measure how far apart they are. The bracket will fit screens with mounting holes a maximum of 768mm wide and 455mm high (centre to centre of the hole). If your screen fits within these measurements then it can be mounted on the bracket.
- This bracket will mount the screen just 38mm from the wall when the arms are at 90 degrees. You will need to check that you have enough room for cables as well as vetilation.
- Check the weight of your screen, if it weighs less than 80kg then the bracket can handle it's weight, no problem!
